Tilt Shift Generator 1.1

One of the best programs for creating photos with a tilt-shift miniature effect. You can find a lot of applications that claim to apply similar effect to images, still most often the algorithm is improper, e.g. they use Gaussian blur instead of much more complex Lens (optical) blur which produces an effect identical to real bokeh; or they apply semi-transparent overlay, using wrong type of transition from focused to blurred areas, etc.

see an adjustable (angle & size) ellipse added for selecting the target area. Why not go wild and add a freehand sketched area for the effect?

From the examples it seems that this program has the same issue as others of its sort. The zone of focus is delineated by straight lines. This means that a tall object like a tree or a steeple may be part in and part out of focus even though the enti

Reduse the Price to $20. $50 is a bit to much.

Perhaps the changes made to the photo can be shown instantly instead of having to click 'Create Preview'. This makes editing images a lot more intuitive.

Thank you so much for offering this amazing product free as I've been searching for an application like this for a while now. Such a relief to know my photos can now be viewed as clear and every detail enhanced. I've read so many negative reviews fro

Include a flip image (that is change the orientation so that you can turn in increments of 90 degrees) so that you can add this effect either horizontally or vertically. or make it in degree increments so tht you can add the effect through 360

The GUI looks very busy with everything crammed onto the main GUI, plus it looks boring - add some color to the GUI, give it an aero look or something along those lines and include different skins for the user to be able to choose their own look

The controls are not very intuative. Improve on the basic design to make it easier for users to use this software.

When creating a preview include the original to compare with and allow adjustments in real time when looking at the preview.

You have to click on create preview everytime you make a change. If you were able to see it in real time as you moved the various sliders it would be much more useful.

Place the browse for photo in the file menu. It just makes the GUI look cluttered

When opening the Browse for Photo's' path it doesn't automatically go to 'My Documents' or My Pictures', which seems to me to be the locical path to start with.

Uncheck the install quickstart shortcut during the installation wizard. Make it an 'opt in' rather than an 'opt out'

This would be more of use as a plug-in for all of the well known photo editing suites - make it compatible with the free ones as well.

Include a fully fledged help menu and not one that takes you to the developers own site. Include video tutorials on how to use this software effectively.

This would help novice users get the most out of this software. I spent a good 90 minutes fiddling with this sftware using images taken from the London Eye and El Mirador at the northern end of Lanzarote, both of which are from high vantage points...

Combine this with your Photocollage maker, Photo Mosaic wizard and the Artensoft Photo Editor and sell them at a decent price, keep the 70% off and i'd consider purchasing them as a suite of photo editing tools
